Infrastructure
Section titled “Infrastructure”Reson8 owns and operates its own GPU stack in the Netherlands. All audio is processed on this infrastructure - there are zero subprocessors, so your audio data never passes through a third party.
Data Handling
Section titled “Data Handling”- Zero audio retention - audio is processed for transcription and not retained afterwards.
- No training on customer data - your audio and transcripts are never used to train models.
