## Infrastructure

Reson8 owns and operates its own GPU stack in the Netherlands. All audio is processed on this infrastructure - there are zero subprocessors, so your audio data never passes through a third party.

## Data Handling

- **Zero audio retention** - audio is processed for transcription and not retained afterwards.
- **No training on customer data** - your audio and transcripts are never used to train models.
